about

Who I thought He was, was wrong. I thought I was in deep too far to be saved. I thought I had to change my ways before I would ever have a chance. I lost hope. But I was wrong. He was always there, I just needed to be honest so that my eyes would open to see.

"This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.” - 1 Tim 1:15

LYRICS

When the sun comes up and you’re mind is wired. The night is a fallen scene.
You’ve been filling voids and calling them broken dreams.
You pick you up and you call you fine while you wipe off them bloody knees.
You’re just a blind man following a world that cannot see.

At the fall was a promise in time that said that we’d be fine.
That promise is a man, hosanna! sing, Jesus Christ.
He rose from the dead, His life is not a lie.
It’s not what I do but who’s I am that makes it right.
It’s not what you do but who’s you are that makes it right.

I was told that I had gone too far and that there ain’t a hope for me.
But that was just a wolf in sheep’s clothing telling lies with religious speech.
But it weren’t too long since my heart turned cold when my eyes saw a different scene,
there was a man named Paul, worst sinner of all, that was saved, he got set free.
